What's the smallest/biggest size of the exhaust housing on those?

Are there any bigger VTG-turbos from Holset and what's the size of those exhaust houses? Need something thats from approximately 9-10 up to 24 (as the he351ve). Or are the exhaust interchangeable so i can use a compressor from say a 431 and the exhaust housing from a 351?

Would like 1000hp on a inline 4cyl 2.3 engine Cheesy Without turbolag...

You will definitely still have alot of lag, just less than a non VGT turbo.  There is only so much energy available at a given RPM on a given engine. The VGT allows you to use it more efficiently, but it still takes a lot of energy to spin a large compressor.
