On the dyno at Summernats 21. Jakes Edwards is probably Australia’s foremost authority on blow through carby set-ups. Here’s his own personal car running over 1000hp at the tyres with a single carb and no intercooler although it does run on mehtanol. The engine is a 393cube Holden V8 and it runs a single Holset turbo

That is amazing what you have done. Thinking of doing a remote rear mount blo-thru system for my `70 Pontiac GP. Is there an advantage to blowing thru just the carb throat as opposed to enclosing the entire carb ? I`m thinking of using the Holset HX 50 or 52. Any comments /suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
